Help with glare

Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me any tricks to stop glare on the backdrop?? I wanted to upload a picture of mine to show you but I dont see where i can do that on here??

Not seeing your image makes things difficult, but one technique to reduce glare/reflection is to use a polarizing filter.
