Help with lens buying decision

I'm looking at buying a telephoto lens. I have a Nikon D750, D500, and D300. I'm torn between the new Nikon AF-P 70-300 FX Vr lens and the Tamron 100-400 VC lens.

I understand the camera limitations with the new Nikkor, but those don't affect me much with the exception of the D300. My main concern is auto focus speed/accuracy, vibration control, and sharpness.

I have the Nikkor 10-20, 24-120 f/4, 60mm Micro, and 85mm 1.8, 50mm f/2 ais.
