Help with posing people!

I am wanting to order a photography book that will help me with posing my subjects. Maybe one that will tell and show more information on candid shots, or formal and candid. I am just not that great at posing people and maybe I just need to try and catch them in the "moment". Anyway still wanting a book. Any that you recommend??
