Help with the lighting on her face?

So another one from my practicing looking at her face does it seem gray to you? I am a fan bright skin and bright images but it seems when I backlight and then use fill the front of their faces are always too dark or a bit grayish. I would love to hear what other people see and think of it?

The lighting is pretty good. Some people don't like the flat, contrastless lighting, but it's lit well.

The face isn't bad. You could use a warmer reflector or change the color temp of the shaded areas in LR or PS.

Here are some options:
A. This man's above
B. Match the WB to the temperature of the flash.
C. Match your flash with a gel to approx the temp you are shooting in

Otherwise the face is fine but the arms are cold.

Just curious why would you choose the reflector over the flash? I initially had a gold reflector set up but did not like the look
