Egg a neighbors house and take pictures of it? (with dyed eggs, of course)
Put some marshmellow chicks in the bathtub and document their travels?
Time-lapse photos of a chocolate bunny in the hot sun?

Said five-year-old draped with assorted pastel ribbons?

Lay the camera in the grass with a wide-angle lens. Place a decorated egg so that it's near the lens and in the frame as much as possible. Have her on her hands and knees, looking at the egg, her hand about to pick it up. Basically and egg's-eye-view of an Easter egg hunt.
