Have to be honest, your site looks like it was designed by Microsoft or IBM. It looks more like a computer equipment website rather than a photography site.

Unfortunately I have to agree... I'm not used to seeing "Microsoft Office Live" logos on photography websites.

You appear to have some very good photos which deserve a better presentation. Check out JAlbum - it's free and can really help your site out.
