1. No real subject and uninteresting composition.
2. Why the fake flare? You also lost your subject with the extreme vignette, the subject now looks like the flare.

And remember that your photo should already be sized down for forum viewing before uploading. The maximum size should be no more than 800 pixels wide, and 600 pixels high
