I'm going very strong actually Corry. 5 months now I believe.

Smoking is dirty. And smells. And it get's way to cold out in Canada to keep it up during the winter months. Best time to quit is now....well...in my case 5 months ago.

Thanks for the support people, I gotta say though, it's not that big a deal.

From my experience it's really not as hard as smokers will have you believe. It's just a mental thing.

I'm glad you guys are happy though. If you know anyone that smokes and wants to quit, just call them weak and bother the crap out of them until they quit.

That's what my friend did, and it work eventually.
