Unlike algerbra, there really is no 'right' or 'wrong' with photography. Correctness is subjective. That said, issues that I see are: It needs to be levelled, it's over-exposed, overall, doesn't strike me as a terribly interesting image. What were your thoughts with this? What did you want to get across to the viewer?

Well, it was a random street shot, one of many I took today. When I said "wrong" I meant - what doesn't look right if anything. Clearly I'm new to this and just want some feedback from more experienced folks. So thank you

I'd say beyond the exposure, level issues, there is to much space in the frame to the right of the person, and even after cropping the person will occupy to small a portion of the image frame.

You didn't select a editing preference when you did your profile, so If you object let me know and I'll delete the following edit.

Something like the following would seem to have more impact:

I definitely don't mind the editing. I'll go play with it a little more. Thanks for the advice, gotta love the constructive criticism!
