So every letter is actualy another letter. You gota figure out if P is actualy an R and so forth? I like those.

I thought you might have gone with boring ol' Rot13, but no, so I tried all 25 rotations in a program I coded, but it's not a simple rotation.

And I'm still waking up, so that's all I'm doing for now.
