Hello! Welcome... though I've not been long here either I personally use a Canon EOS 300D, which I've had for about 4 months and I'm in love with... still a lot of getting used to but I defintley made the right choice, even though I will probably wanna upgrade within the next year.

Yeah, after reading that sicko story in the off topic section, I'm sorry to have been from there too.
