Hi there, I am new to this forum, and thought I would get some opinions on these engagement shots I took over the weekend. It was freezing cold so I didn't have too much time for setting up each shot. But I think I did ok.

They are all beautiful, but 27 FOR SURE!!! Very, very nice!

Overall pretty good I really like #29 the best as far as engagements shots go. The only one I have a real problem with is #45. I don't like how the couple has their backs to each other with a pillar between them. Just doesn't inspire harmony and happiness that engagement shots should. Maybe if they had been leaning against the pillar with their bodies facing each other it would've worked better. Oh, and I really like the soft effect of #4, but it looks like the sun was right in her eyes and she is squinting and scrunching up her face it looks like. Perhaps you could've had him move his head so that it was blocking the sun for her?

thanks for the compliments and tips. yes the sun was in her eye, we couldn't get away from it no matter what. Just wasn't the greatest day for shots I guess.

I will have to remember the blocking the sun with the other person.
