High ISO NR

Hi,

I was wondering is it good idea to use in-camera high ISO noise reduction, or keep it off and fix the noice in post processing. Will I loose quality using the build in NR or not? (I'm using Nikon D300).

I would rather leave it off and do it in post. There's a trade-off between details and NR, and you'll need the best software and a screen bigger than 3" to determine where the right balance is.

I use Imagenomic's Noiseware for NR.
