High Key?

Was wondering if anyone could give me a quick run through to get some nice High Key images with a reflective surface? Id really appreciate it hehe

I think there was a pretty good guide to that kind of thing in Photography Monthly Arty, If your dad keeps his back issues I'd suggest you have a rummage and see what you can find.
