High saturation red

Any tip on how to reduce the red saturation?
I tried Hue/Saturation/Luminance panel and reduced the red setting. I don't like the result.

Th eproblem here is that you are getting color cast off from the bright red dress in the bright sun. I'd mask out the dress to edit it on it's own rather than trying to do a universal color adjust.

If you still have the RAW file, the Hue, Saturation and Luminance in ACR will be more simple to operate...

if you're using LR, try just adjusting the highlight slider--the rest of the photo could use it anyways. Reds tend to clip with highlights.

then you can also adjust the saturation/luminance of the red channel alone; although I think it could be brought down throughout and vibrance added back.

Maybe reduce the exposure by -1.0 or -0.5 and bring back up the shadows.

but i have a feeling it was shot in jpg and it's not going to have as much give as with a RAW image.
