I'm seeing a magenta color cast on her skin.
I used Derrel's edit adusted to +3 on the Temperature slider and -20 on the Tint slider.
I cropped some off the top and enough off the right so her right eye (camera left) is on the vertical rule of thirds line.
I added a black border.

These adjustments look great! I'm still learning to edit. I've been using Lightroom since about May and I'm still very new to photography, as I've been shooting since about the same time. These critiques will help me get better, thanks!
