Well, other than the totally cliche selective coloring, which I for one like, the shot is overall too dark (underexposed) Fix that, and I think you have a decent shot there. That and there's a bit of an odd highlight on the nose just on the very edge of the shot, a strange glare or something, see what you can do about that. Overall, not bad, although the overall lighting is a bit flat.
