It's really moving the foot pedals (rests, brake pedal and speeds pedal) forward, towards the front wheel to make the legs stretch and be more comfortable. There are kits that can be bought and put on to make the transformation.

I wasn't a fan of Harleys until I saw this one. I've been mostly on Hondas, which are great bikes. But I tried this and the feeling is just impossible to describe...
