Found this little one under my porch building their nest. I didn't have my tripod and he was in a dark recess so I had to use flash. Unfortunately all I have at the moment is built in camera flash.
No thoughts? I think this is the first image I have posted that incorporates a flash. Could have done without the shadow but other than that it seemed to come out ok. I could have used the 55-300mm lens instead of the 17-50mm and chosen a greater focal length to increase bokeh on deck boards I suppose. I don't think asking my model to step farther from the boards would have worked.
