The beauty dish reflection on the sun glasses looks like the eye balls. And that make the person in the photo looks funny. I mean the positive way. Especially the 2nd photo, it seems like he is looking up.

Those creases are distracting. Lighting looks pretty good though. Don't care for the huge beauty dish circles on their glasses though.

I would have loved the first one if you hadn't gotten the other car in it, and then straightened it just a hair.

Seems like a nice experiment, the lighting is nice considering the cost.

You want the reflection... that's one of the reasons to use a beauty dish - that and the higher light fall-off than a softbox will give you.

Good job OP, I'm making a DIY dish from a steel mixing bowl and a bracket from a small broken softbox - I'll post the results here when I finish.

Thanks every one for the feedback I made a ring flash today that turned out pretty good as well didn't take any pictures with it, but i will soon.

it was a never used shower curtain that's why its all folded like that it was just to test the ring flash didn't but much thought into the photograph

I followed the instructions in this video to make it other than the mirror i just used reflective tape

The white car at the back is distracting, #2 and #3 have some NIce eyes loool, like the idea but not the colors..

for the ring flash? i made it out of scrap metal i had in my back yard it was almost two feet long and maybe 3/4 of an inch wide and i just cut it to size.
as far as the beauty dish i just but in on the flash i have pictures of it ill post them up
