Thank you all for your Honest Feedback and Critique. It is very nice as most of the internet either wants to be a "Keyboard Warrior"and hide behind the internet, and on the other hand some people are too nice and it does not help me grow/learn how to improve.

P.S. I have changed the preferences to "OK TO EDIT" if anyone wants to take a whirl at it and show me how things could be adjusted.

Okay, here is a quicky of what I think. I also un-sharpened the background a bit.
All major lines lead through or to the face and eyes. No luminous features pull away from the face. Lovely subject.

This is the setup for the edit. I had some difficulty with the image and I might question if you are working on a calibrated monitor... I already know I should redo her jacket color but this is more for demonstration than for print value so I didn't go there.
