I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting to enjoy a shot of baloons as much as I did...

Im with bus rider on this, better of the balloon shots i have seen. Not too keen on how many are cut in half on the bottom but whatever.

They're doing The Great Forest Park Balloon Race in St. Louis this weekend. I'm hoping to get to attend the balloon glow this Friday. I don't think I'll make it to the actual race on Saturday, though.

I'm really exited about the glow. They do it at night so all of the balloons are just beautiful.

Don't forget to bring a tripod. It's very beautiful and very difficult to take good shots of them in the dark. They light up very spontaneously, and the longer shutter speeds required make it just a little bit more difficult.
