Hot and Cold C&C plz

Finally went to the Pagoda in Downtown Norfolk after weeks of planning to do so. I was amazed to see this site, a man made waterfall with remnants of ice from a cold night a few days ago. The grounds keeper was in the middle of landscaping but was nice enough to let me snap this long exposure.

This pic was taken using a B+W ND110 filter and an exposure time of 93 seconds. In lightroom I added saturation, sharpness and a gradient filter.

it is too busy out there; how about choosing that falls alone?; probably you wanted to tell it is landscaping and not landscape, right? why the buildings appear to fall on to the other side? i like the colours and their combinations in the frame; you can also think about trimming out the heavy concrete bar in the foreground
