Any critique on my most recent pic plz. How's the postprocessing?

This pic was taken using a B+W ND110 filter and an exposure time of 82 seconds. In lightroom I added saturation and a gradient filter. Also, there were numerous circular spots throughout the image that I tried to clean up in lightroom. Either I got a lot of barely visible sunspots, spray from the water, or my sensor needs cleaning...

Beautiful on both counts. I would have liked more shadow detail, but that would have taken HDR technique.
