Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I'm just a beginner at this. It seems like this photo is a bit boring and flat. How can I spice this picture up a bit without losing the details and the worn out look?

I had a go at it and thoroughly cocked it up. Later. The blown out part on the head-end wall (patients left) makes it difficult. A lot of reflectivity and lost detail.

the peripheral is a bit out of focus

Ohhh, what a nice location! Is this just some old hotel or house? How neat!

I did a few plays. The first is just using curves, selectively saturing and using curves to add a bit of a vignette.

The second was reduing the satruation using both teh full colour and bw version

BW version

Edit to say I killed the highlights on the chair.. oops

If it's the type of wallcovering I believe it to be, the best solution it to go back at a different time of day. Lost detail.

Otherwise, Photoshop experience is required. I was able to adjust the highlights on the bedspread and pillows, but the wall screwed with me.

Had a quick go, did not get around the bed to well due to lack of time.

You know you're in a photography forum when someone starts a thread about spicing up a picture with a bed and not one person suggests the addition of an attractive model.
