how can i upload pictures?

i want to share my work here
i am a new user, i have a lot of macro to share with you guys
but i just can't find the upload button

please help

you have to upload your photos to some sort of photo-hosting website such as Flickr or Photobucket ( I prefer Photobucket). You then copy-paste the image URL that Photobucket gives you and paste it onto the "Insert Image" window in the "quick reply" section on this forum page.
