How do I do that??????

I have been given a couple strobe flashes.

They have a cable that has a stereo jack on one end (plugs into the strobe) and pair of RCA connectors on the other end.

How can I make these work with a D200? There must be some sort of adapter out there. I've never really worked with strobes or other lighting besides my flash.

Easy solution is to bypass wires and go with Pocketwizards ,skyports, or even optical triggers. What kind of strobes do you have and do you have any cash to spend?
