How do I take photos on my phone with no loss or mb

Hi I have a Vermeer mix 2 phone with 13mb camera with two lenses. When I take macro/closeup photos My photos go below 4.0 90% of the time. For uploading to Shutterstock I need a minimum of 4.0mb. Can anyone advice me what I should do, or what I'm doing wrong.

Check the manual it might be a feature of how the phone focuses and takes close up photos that it is in capable of using the entire sensor and thus uses a smaller middle portion to create a macro photo.
