What is the software do they use like when you shoot with a green background then it will instantly transfer to a computer and paste it on a new background?

I was ask to do a photo shoot for our Christmas party and I thought that would be nice if could set each family pasted on a different Xmas background.

Thanks!

Any half decent photo editor should be able to do it. Search for "green screen photoshop" or "chroma key photoshop" (replacing the word photoshop with whatever your editor is) and you should get some instructions.

I know I can do it in PS but what I want is a software that does it for you.

ok thanks I think I found one called Green Screen wizard, they have software demo that I can try it out. :)

A common problem with green screen is light reflected off the green screen that gives a subject a green glow around the edges.

Just looking into green screen for some product shots and coaching images... But this http://fxhome.com/photokey-6 software (photokey 6) seems to be one of the best out there. There are various levels from a demo up to the pro version. Also recommended is the westcott green screen material which has a matte finish and depending on how it's lit lessens the green glow. Still researching the chroma experience it there are also lots of instructional vids and courses available for green screening.
