How do you get beautiful grainy results like this? (Victorias secret model)

Hello

I am new to the photography game and was wondering if anybody could direct me to how I could go about duplicating this type of effect. I have a canon DSLR camera.

How does the shades look grainy and not studio-induced? Do you think this was shot in a studio? And do you think one of those white sheets that reflect light when it goes off from the flash (sorry, not sure what those kits are called) were used?
And the blacks almost feel like they are borderline dark, dark blue. Is it just my eyes or did anybody else notice this?
And how the curves almost feel like they are melting into the darker background; how is this achieved? The shading on this photo is like nothing else I have seen before!

I am pretty sure this one is a natural shoot, with natural lighting...
How can the skin look so tan and dewy? I know she is not this tan in real life; so how were these effects done? I love the very obvious shading that is there- i dont think this is soley the effect of makeup

I know most black and white pictures I take turn out something like this :

Where the flash and lighting is obvious and looks intentional. Although also extremely beautiful, I would like to know how to go for a more softer, natural look.

Any tips anyone?

Well, the second image looks strangely processed to me, but the first you could achieve by using different light .... and film

Not saying the original is made using film, but you could achieve that look easier with film. And a film SLR that matches your lenses would cost you close to nothing.
