How do you spell guitar?

I know you don't spell it like guitar, but you pronounce it in a similar way. I hope you understand what I'm on about.

could you be thinking of goiter? :-? it's an enlargement of the thyroid gland, but it can cause breathing difficulties.

Catarrh? It's a bit like bronchitis and produces phlegm - that is the stuff that gets stuck in your bronchial tubes! Now if you have got a guitar stuck in your throat just pluck it out (I can hear the groans from here!) ;-)
