how fast

of a shutter speed will a D90 shoot at with the pop up flash or SB-600?

I looked all over the nikon site and couldnt find it.

well my d5000, which is basically the d90 minus a few features, shoots as fast as 1/200 w/ the pop up flash. i cannot comment on how fast with a speedlight because i don't have one.

PS what are these few features? I'm looking to upgrade my D3000.
