How good of a photographer are you?

Thanks for the active responses. One of the problems with "how good are you" is the audience. They are inundated with images, so to be extraordinary, you have to be different. Being different requires almost unique, creating a pause and at the top of the game, emotion. Take Miss Aniela, a 21 year, who fits for now this category. It's not about gear but about eye, and in many cases digital darkroom.

I wouldn't let it get to me too much. Some days, the entire industry falls back.

How good you are has so little to do with whether or not you ever make it as a photog, it's not funny. But it is reality.
