I just wacht a show on TV with Jamie Oliver and I saw this effect. Do you know how is called ?
And do you know a tutorial for it?
The effect is in the last 5 seconds of this clip on YouTube:

It looks like Jamie Oliver doesn't want you posting his video here.

I'd be interested to know how Jamie blocked the video from playing here at TPF!

The transition?

SweetAmber, if I remember correctly, you have After Effects. One way to create this is to precomp your video and in the precomp mask off 1/8th from the bottom to create the bottom row. Duplicate (Ctrl+D) your precomp in the asset panel (not layer panel) and in the duplicate move the mask up to create row 7. Duplicate & repeat the process to create the remainder. Use the ruler to get the mask even before beginning. Bring all the precomps into the main comp and animate falling into place. After they fall into place create a layer with your video at that minute mark and add the grid fx and line the grid up with your masked black lines. Trim the precomps at this point. Animate the grid moving off of screen.

Or an easier way, yet not quite the same is the Venetian blind transition. Here is a tutorial.

???

It's called editing your settings so you cannot embed the video.
