I have Photoshop CS2 and I was wondering how might I make a frame to go around my pictures weather its in photoshop or somewhere else? Ive been messing around with photoshop but cant figure it out( Thi is my first time owning photoshop so some things are confusing.) Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
