how to convert raw to jpeg-lighthouse 5

photobucket does not support raw, so how do I convert to jpeg in lightroom 5? Ultimately, I am trying to attach a picture here using the photobucket code. Is there a way to attach raw files here?

No way to attach raw files here.

Save the image as a JPEG. Most likely, Save As...... and choose the .JPG extension.

I believe in LR it's "export" and the choose jpeg, tiff etc. as well as Quality, sizing, etc.
