I don't see where we are obligated in the least. When you join a community, you are expected to abide by the mores of that community.. and it is your responsibility to learn the rules.. not ours to teach them! The "rules" or "guidelines" are easily found, clearly posted.. and readily available.

I am not sure if some of this may be that English is not your native language, or that you are just rude. Maybe you feel "entitled" to help? :}

I was going to suggest you go back edit your post and replace the hot linked photos with links, but never mind. Good luck with your endeavors.

Ok guys, seriously CALM DOWN about the photo posting rule.

Yes it is a rule, yes it is to be followed, no it does not need to be repeated over and over again to a poster to the site in reply after reply (especially so when their post already admits fully that its not their content). If you want to earn your browny points report the post to the mod team and move on. The reference to the rules needs to be made only once.
This is not made just in relation to this specific thread, I've noticed a general hounding pattern around the photo posting rule occurring a few times.
