How to get starburst effect?

I added the flare second, and it covered it up. Point is, it's very doable in post.

Taken seconds apart... Basically no PP at all on either of those. They're both mostly straight out of the camera. (Little bit of curves, and that's about it.)

This was from a Sigma 10mm f/2.8 fisheye @ f/9 for 20sec. No filters or effects. Just black and white conversion.
