How to present art work?

How would you present your photography to cafes, banks, ect to sell them? How do you price your self without under pricing or over pricings or do you not charge at all? what about companys that you want to sell them too?

My experience has been that cafe's, etc are more willing to hang the work as opposed to buy it. Sales will come from the patrons of the venue. Presentation is very important and is a whole other subject. Generally depends on what you can afford. Slightly depends on who you are showing it to. Pricing is entirely up to you. Do not sell yourself short.

well right now my photography teacher thanks i should see a 8x10 matted and frame of a alternator taken apart to a car repair store or dealer ship. i didnt no how to go about this. My plan is once i get my dark room up and runnning to try to hang some stuff in cafe's if i get anything just out standing, i do not know how much is to much i was thinking mabye 50 for a 8x10, but im not sure
