How to turn non-commercial sit into commercial (making $)?

Excuse my duplicate posts but my garbled misspelling on the title of the original post makes it impossible to understand.

CaliforniaCoastalImages.com is a non-commercial site I created for fun; beach photos of Encinitas Ca. I'm looking for advice as to how I could create a commercial site where people could download images for a fee. I have no idea how to create a basic functioning site like this and am looking for some guidance and advice as far as how to cross into the commercial arena to earn some income.
