How to upload pics on here using Flickr?

Sorry for the total n00by question but I figured I could just put in the url of the pic on flickr and have it show it up on here, but its obviously not working....also tried clicking on the sharing button on Flickr and grabbing the html code but that didn't work either. Anyone able to help me out real quick?? I'm trying to post my 1st ever C&C
