HP Photosmart Proprint Plugin Help

I have no idea what I did, but now my "paper type" is always blank. I've tried reseting to defaults, but nothing seems to work.

Can someone tell me what I've done, and how to get all my paper types back? I'm sure it's something simple, I'm just inexperienced with the plug in (just got the B9180 this year).

why not call hp support or go on line and chat "live" . they will be able to help you.

i am using this printer and love it,

chatting live with HP support now (and for the last hour). Might be time to try my luck with yahoo groups (thanks for that tip by the way! I'm sure I'll have many things to talk about over there in the coming months).

Still no luck. Im sure it's something stupid and simple too. These sort of things always seem to happen to me.
