This review was for reflex ice wiper blades that were rated for -40C

Give it a chance. They will either take it down or contact you and try to make things right so you'll take it down. BTDT.

Yes.

They are the worst. They froze solid at -4C. I had to get out and beat the ice off of them about every 5-10km.

Love your review. It's what I would have done. Lol. Can you get your money back?

I drive for a living. Tried several of the so called winter blades. Trico and Rain-X. What a joke and waste of money. Not sure where they tested them, but it certainly wasn't in real winter conditions. My son says the Michelin ones work good, but they look like the others.

To be honest, the old Anco heavy duty winter blades still work best. Not perfect and have issues in certain conditions. But, with over 3,000,000 miles, my go to winter wiper blade. It's a standard blade, but the metal parts are covered in rubber. They also make one that looks like the others. Winter extreme beam. Don't get that one. Looks like this.

ANCO WINTER WIPER BLADE 15 INCH 30-15

Best advice I can give on wiper blades: Soak 'em in ArmorAll overnight, then wipe clean before you even install them. Then wipe them down with a rag with ArmorAll every month or so. That'll radically cut down on the suns' UV rays breaking them down.

I'll have to give the Anco blades a shot.

The Armorall trick helps with UV but can cause problems below -30C with the compound freezing and causing cracking with the blade rubber.

Well... d'uhhh... don't go where it's -30!

Or just don't drive when it's -30 and you need your wipers.

Good review - gave me a laugh. But -30 is just too cold for civilized life!

There were almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews.

I was considering buying the “snow” wipers but bought the regular ones. I guess it was probably a good choice.
