I had to share this with someone! Favorite from e-sesh on Sunday

This couple is so in love and I am so in love with this photo. What do you think? Considering cropping out the beam and scalloped roof (it was in the gazebo where they are getting married), but I think it gives a little perspective and framing. Without it, I feel like this one won't work in the set as well as it does now. Too much dead space in the wrong orientation in camera... now I know why I should shoot in portrait more often.

I don't mind the tree much, though, had location allowed I would not have included it.

never been a fan of 'almost silhouettes' I personally prefer either them being a pure silhouette or exposed properly, the dingy dark grey they are in this feels off to me. The tree branch that connects their noses is just weird to me.

I did like the color highlight on her hair in the original, but the BW conversion killed that.

I didn't notice that one connecting the noses! Ahhhh, now it can't be unseen!

Any tips for cloning in PS? I did try to clone out the same branch in another photo, but it looked awful. As said, angles and BGs were slim pickins' at that location.

Geez, move the.. uh, "black point" or whatever it is down. It's a silhouette, let it BE one! You don't even have to lose the detail in the faces, if you're careful:

lol at every moderately attractive avatar generating comments in every post they make. And yeah, increase your black point as amolitor said. If you do that with the last edit you just made, it's a fairly good photo.
