I have a problem!!!

Okay, Photoshop is borked and I seriously SERIOUSLY need someone to help me with this. When I open Photoshop, it displays a message saying "The monitor profile "" appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software". And I can hit "Ignore Profile" or "Use Anyway". No matter which one I press, the program just freezes right after there and I can't do anything. HELP!

If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I need my Photoshop!!!
