IIIIIIII... did not. Not from that height. Haha.

I WOULD do it again. But the water was freezing, and I jumped from a lower point because I'm not a super strong swimmer.

The most terrifying part about that was resurfacing and swimming to land. The second most terrifying part was the fall.

I knew the fall wouldn't kill me... but swimming with shoes on, when you're already nervous about having to swim in the first place is a bit scary. Haha.

Yes. I was wearing shoes.

I was told we should because of the climb back up, but in hindsight, I would have been fine without them, and it would have been preferable to swimming *with* them.

Next time I go I will either be wearing water shoes or no shoes at all. I'm a tough kid. I don't mind a few rocks under the feet with no shoes on. :lol:

And the drop... They said 30 or 40ft. I'm not 100% positive.

But the fall was about a 3 second fall. At least that's what it felt like.

Actually watching back at a video of a friend jumping, it was probably more like a 2 second fall... but it didn't feel like that. Hahaha.

I didn't take my camera out there. I wasn't willing to risk it, for what we were doing. If the idea was just to hike, and not to swim and jump, I probably would have.

They made us jump from a tower, when I was in the navy. Something to prepare us to jump off a ship. But we were not holding our mouth, quite the opposite. I salute you on you jump. Ed
