Good for you! It was fun, wasn't it? I love baking bread, it's a pretty forgiving and laid back process. And it tastes out of this world. Italian loaves, crescent dinner rolls, focaccia....love the big yeasty flavor.

Getting to be that time of year again, too....hooray! :cheer:
