What's new

i need help and ideas.

actually i'm using my mom's DSLR for this shoot just to let you guys know.

What lenses do you have access to?

From her profile:

sometimes i use my moms kodak(not sure what kind)
but most of the time i just use my Nikon Coolpix S4100(i know its small but very soon i will be getting my first professional camera) [sic]

For what it is worth: Nikon only makes 2 professional DSLR cameras.
The $5500 Nikon D3S 12.1 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera with 3.0-Inch LCD and 24fps 720p HD Video Capability (Body Only)

and the $10,000 Nikon D3X 24.5MP FX CMOS Digital SLR with 3.0-Inch LCD (Body Only)

The other currently offered Nikon DSLR's are entry-level amateur cameras - D3000/D3100/D5000/D5100/D90/D7000, or Prosumer amateur level cameras D300s/D700.

i just looked at what kind of camera my mom's was and its not a Kodak like i thought Nikon D3S.

You confused a Nikon D3S... with..a....Kodak...............
I think I might have to quote that in my sig.

OP, WHERE did you get to?
I offered my advice on your Facebook page (which you asked for on the forums and on the page) and you delete my post and block me?
That's not very nice.

My ego, it is bruised!!!

If this is the case, I'll just get back to shooting my dad's Polaroid M9 and mind my own business, sheesh.

. . . . . but in ALL honesty, a park bench with great green leaves and trees is always a GREAT HIT ! ! !

Don't you mean train tracks followed by a brick wall? ;)
