i need help

how can i take night photos of cars that drift, means that they are moving without flash cuz it is a discration to the drivers? please let me know thank you

turn up your ISO, or use a flash.

if the drivers can't handle a flash of light they probably shouldn't be driving a car at all, let alone side ways.
