I knew a Honda guy who riced the hell out of his Accord. Was actually slower after his "engine mods" were done than it was before.

Apparently, my dad works near the hotbed of the "Donk" scene: Waukegan, IL. Where slow, ugly grandpa cars are made even slower and uglier and smell even worse. Those cars that are lifted with the huge stupid rims are ungodly unsafe. I'm fairly certain with the right wind, one could just fall over.

Not happening in my area. Local high schools I've ridden by on my bike are a real mix. No one type of vehicle stands out. When I was in high school ... 13 or so years ago ... Most of the kids that had "grandpa cars" had them because their grandpa upgraded and the kid needed a car... My girlfriend at the time had a '92 crown Vic with a very spacious backseat ...... . . .
